Through PT Hatfield Indonesia, we support the Provision of Services Related to the Drafting of Ministry Regulation for PCBs Phasing Out in Indonesia. The PCBs Official Guidance and Technical Codes of Practices documents were successfully developed and endorsed by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. Hatfield required to draft a Ministry regulation by taking into account specific situations in the country, existing policy and regulations related to the management of hazardous and toxic substances and wastes, and particularly requirements and obligations under the Stockholm, Basel and Rotterdam Conventions. The following activities shall be carried out under this contract, through a sound and appropriate consultation and coordination with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (National Project Director and National Project Coordinator), the Project Management Unit (National Project Manager) and UNIDO.
