Through PT Hatfield Indonesia we support training of Facilitators Participatory Capacity Building Methods and Participatory Land Use Planning (PLUP). Designed and provide an inclusive and coherent framework for local development planning and natural resources management contributing to enhanced food security in the vulnerable communities of the uplands of Kayah State. Build capacity of governmental line departments at district level, local CSO partner (FAU) and target communities to take part in and facilitate rural development planning by conducting Participatory Land Use Planning (PLUP) leading to Village Action Plans (VAP) in Hpruso Townships. Outlined Village Action Plans integrating a new land use plan and extension services in targeted communities of Hpruso Townships. Roles include provision of technical guidance for training and client relationship.
