KfW (Development Bank of Germany), West Sulawesi
December 2015 – 2017
Through the consortium of AHT Group AG (Germany) and PT Hatfield Indonesia, we support the activities in Forest Programme IV: Feasibility Study for Forest Management, Biodiversity and Watershed Management. Analysing the potential of different implementation options for watershed management and reforestation in South and West Sulawesi provinces, the analysis should also clearly include the root causes of the problems and conflicts found in the field during the FS related to policy and political disputes, technical, social, regulatory irregularities/differences (e.g. on land tenure arrangements, illegality, etc.) and institutional weaknesses (e.g. capacities in watershed and land use planning, etc). Roles in this project include overall supervision of the project, client relationship and development/review of technical reports.
