We support PT Hatfield Indonesia to conduct research and analysis of the impact of investment on Forest Magement Unit (FMU) development and the subsequent strategic recommendations should be developed from data from regions with FMUs as the basis to determine national impact. The FMU impact evaluation will inform the National Development Planning Agency’s (Bappenas) and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry’s (KLHK) development of the 2020-2024 National Mid-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) and also help to identify areas for BIJAK and other stakeholder support. The evaluation is expected to highlight the impact of investments in FMUs on the desired multiple use outcomes: 1. Economic development; 2. Social: poverty reduction, job creation; and 3. Sustainability of natural resources. Involvement in this project consists of analysis of budgeting and funds disbursement mechanism from central and provincial governments to the FMU
